Project Coordinator

Location: North Reading, MA (onsite)

Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 depending on experience/qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service projects from intake through completion
• Schedule field teams and align resources with project timelines
• Communicate with customers regarding updates, timelines, and expectations
• Manage project documentation including reports, change orders, and invoicing
• Track labor, materials, and basic job costing
• Support project managers in maintaining organized workflows
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Ensure all project-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, assistant project management, construction, or engineering
• Background in commercial construction or mechanically oriented environments
• Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)
• Willingness for occasional travel (10%) within the Boston metro area
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
