• Provide direct specialized instruction, inclusion support, curriculum modifications, and accommodations for high‑school students with disabilities.
• Develop appropriate IEPs in conjunction with the team.
• Consult with general‑education staff on content areas associated with assigned students and ensure accommodations are met.
• Facilitate all aspects of students’ annual review and interim progress meetings.
• Complete academic testing for initial and re‑evaluations.
• Oversee support of paraprofessional staff.
• Assist with the transition process for the fall of 2026 (school year 2026‑2027).

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education teaching license in Moderate Disabilities, grades 5‑12
• Working knowledge of evaluation and IEP development
• Experience administering, scoring, and interpreting diagnostics assessments including WIAT, TOWL, and Key Math (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Collaborative working demeanor
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
