Job DescriptionNorth Reading Public Schools has anticipated openings for Extended School Year (ESY) Teachers. North Reading Public Schools is actively looking to build a diverse workforce to ensure all students feel welcome, safe, and valued for who they are and supported to reach their potential.
Essential Duties- Provide extended year services to meet the needs of Individual Education Programs
- Three (3) week high school tutorial from July 6th-July 23rd
- Four (4) weeks from July 6th
-July 30th, Monday through Thursday; OR - Five (5) weeks from July 6th
-August 6th, Monday through Thursday - Dates of employment and specific hourly schedules may vary in accordance with program
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- The appropriate Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education teaching license
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative working demeanor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
