North Reading Middle School is seeking interested applicants to serve as a building based substitute. The successful candidate will report to the assigned school four (4) days per week to support student learning.

Responsibilities

• Support students and staff during the school day
• Guide student learning through provided lesson plans and/or classroom support
• Other needs as requested by the Building Principal

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree or two years of college education is preferred
• Licensure with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) preferred
• Work with youth, teaching, and/or in an education setting preferred
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

This is a temporary, part-time position and not eligible for additional benefits at this time.
