Job Description & How to Apply Below
RF Systems Engineer (ATE/Semiconductor Test Hardware)
Role Overview
We are seeking an RF Systems Engineer to support the development and integration of next-generation semiconductor test platforms. This role is focused on RF system architecture, validation, and hands-on debug across high-speed test hardware.
You will contribute directly to develop, test, and validate high-speed, complex semiconductor testing hardware. These roles are crucial for designing analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits in automated test equipment (ATE).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate RF system-level performance for semiconductor automated test equipment (ATE).
- Define RF requirements and translate them into test hardware specifications (gain, noise figure, linearity, phase noise, bandwidth, etc.).
- Bring up and debug RF signal chains including amplifiers, mixers, filters, switches, attenuators, and couplers.
- Troubleshoot RF integrity issues such as impedance mismatch, insertion loss, reflections, spurs, and interference.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, firmware, mechanical, and test teams to support integration and production readiness.
- Support design reviews, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions during system bring-up and ramp.
- Document RF performance results, test plans, and engineering findings for internal teams and stakeholders.
