Software Simulation Engineer (AI + Infrastructure)

The role focuses on designing and scaling advanced simulation systems to improve infrastructure performance and decision‑making, leveraging AI to model complex real‑world systems.

• Design and develop scalable simulation frameworks (e.g., discrete event simulation)
• Expand simulation capabilities to model additional real‑world scenarios and systems
• Integrate AI/ML techniques to improve simulation accuracy and predictive power
• Analyze simulation results to drive infrastructure and operational improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to validate models and assumptions
• Optimize performance and computational efficiency of simulation systems

• 5+ years of experience in simulation modeling or related fields
• Strong experience with discrete event simulation
• Background in infrastructure systems, operations research, or similar domains
• Experience applying AI/ML in simulation environments
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar languages
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Range: $115K–$145K (dependent on location, experience, education, and other factors)
