Sr Electrical Engineer, Robotics

Senior Electrical Engineer – Amazon Robotics. Focus on system design, implementation, and release to manufacturing. Must lead a team of Electrical Engineers and work independently or in a team.

• Work with interdisciplinary teams to execute product designs from concept to production, including design, prototyping, validation, testing, and certification.
• Lead a technical team on multiple projects in parallel.
• Coordinate engineering activities and ensure effective collaboration with other disciplines.
• Apply technical principles and concepts in Electrical Engineering.
• Write and develop functional specifications, design verification plans, and test procedures.
• Architect, design, and implement complex embedded systems, analog and digital circuits, and system debugging.
• Support product releases to manufacturing and customer deployments.
• Establish development processes that meet industry standards for functionally safe control systems (IEC 61508).

• Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
• Experience in motherboard and PCB design, including schematic capture, stack‑up, and board layout.

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production.
• Experience with technical project management.
