- Lead the design and architecture of complex Power Distribution solutions and safety circuitry for building systems (AC medium voltage to DC lower voltage), ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Drive and execute the hardware development lifecyclefor multiple concurrent, high-complexity instrument projects, from initial concept and system architecture definition through full production release.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
- Serve as the primary technical interface in cross-functional teams (including mechanical, software, and manufacturing) to define system architecture, specifications, and robust integration strategies.
- Act as a senior customer-facing engagement lead, building relationships and ensuring deep alignment on complex technical requirements and project milestones.
- Oversee and ensure rigorous adherence to product requirements, schedules, and budgets across multiple projects, implementing robust risk management strategies.
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of relevant electrical codes and safety standards(Semi S2 and S8, NFPA, NEC, IEC standards), ensuring all designs meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
