Senior Semiconductor Design Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Semiconductor Design Engineer for a top test and automation technology client. This engineer will join a collaborative Compute Test Division engineering team developing high-performance test instrumentation for advanced semiconductor devices and next-generation computing platforms. The ideal candidate is a senior FPGA engineer who can contribute across the complete product lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, Verilog development, FPGA physical design, simulation, integration, and hands-on lab validation.

This individual will work closely with hardware, software, systems, and verification teams while also serving as a technical resource and mentor to junior engineers. The role is ideal for someone who brings senior-level design judgment but still enjoys writing RTL, analyzing timing, debugging simulations, and solving complex problems at the bench.
