Program Management Specialist

• Lead planning, execution, and closure of complex Defense & Aerospace programs aligned with Teradyne’s program lifecycle framework
• Collaborate with Sales on proposal development and program capture strategies
• Conduct detailed contract reviews to assess scope, risk, and deliverables
• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), identifying critical paths and mitigating risks
• Build cross-functional alignment across global teams for cohesive, timely execution
• Monitor program performance using industry-standard tools and initiate corrective actions
• Deliver executive-level program updates and customer communications
• Sustain urgency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
• Travel 10% or less

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering and program/project management experience, ideally in Aerospace & Defense or high-tech
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs with full cost/schedule/performance accountability
• Proficiency with program management tools, risk reviews, and integrated scheduling (e.g., MS Project)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, including ability to communicate and foster communication between project groups
• Strong ability to use data and information for problem solving
• Understanding of handling and securing ITAR and CUI information
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
• Must be a US Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident, Asylee, Refugee, or otherwise lawfully admitted under an amnesty program for the ITAR-restricted position
