Overview
A Full Time split Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is now available in our two sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in North Reading - Lawrence, MA. If you travel between both buildings in one day, travel is paid and mileage reimbursed.
A full-time REHAB TEAM LEADER / Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) position is also available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department.
RateGood Faith Rate Range: $45.00 - $55.00

- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment
- Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Be flexible with hours
- SNF experience
- Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services
- Ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department
- Provide therapy services to patients
- Provide clinical support, training and oversight of specialty programs within their specific discipline
- Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists in the implementation of programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
- Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department
- Be a licensed Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
- Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
