• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Has recruited heavily for non-IT Engineering roles (please explain) – Semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, medical device or capital equipment industry, MS Office

• Large company experience
• Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience

• Be a strategic partner to hiring managers to define needs and design hiring processes to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process from source to close.
• Develop and execute on creative sourcing strategies, both individually and with team, to build a strong pipeline of outstanding candidates.
• Get creative to continue to create diversity in recruiting pipeline.
• Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure job requirements are appropriately set, clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
• Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience.
• Be familiar with industry trends, market competitors and unemployment conditions.
• Screen and deliver candidates at top of funnel so hiring managers only see a strong subset of technically capable candidates.
