Senior DevSecOps Engineer; Teradyne, North Reading

We are seeking a Dev Sec Ops  Engineer to integrate security into the Dev Ops pipeline, ensuring the security of the software development lifecycle.

• Secure platforms, automate security processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls.
• Identify vulnerabilities, apply secure coding practices, maintain security tools, and automate security tasks.
• Develop tools or scripts to enhance security automation and streamline Dev Ops processes.
• Contribute to continuous integration, delivery, and infrastructure automation, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and Product Security teams to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security throughout the development and deployment process.

• Experience with release management tools like Jenkins, Git Lab
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD)
• Familiarity with Source Code Management (SCM) tools, preferably Git Lab.
• Familiarity with cloud and virtualization technologies, including tools such as Virtual Box and VMware.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C++, C#, and scripting languages like Maven, Bash, Groovy (for Jenkins), Python, and Power Shell.
• Experienced in managing user stories and tracking issues with tools like Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Dev Ops role.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning, particularly in Dev Ops/cybersecurity trends and best practices.
• Experience with security tools such as Rapid7, Veracode SAST or Coverity SAST, and Black Duck SCA for vulnerability scanning and management.
• Experience identifying vulnerabilities, performing risk assessments, and recommending appropriate remediations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

The base salary range for this role is $129,600 - $207,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
