Opportunity Overview

* Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices

* Helping the product owner and development team to achieve internal customer satisfaction

* Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization

* Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments

* Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework

* Resolve conflicts and issues that occur

* Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity

* Support the product owner and provide education where needed

* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

* Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that hinder the team's progress.

* Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

* Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.

* Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

* Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

* All Certificates must be current

* 8
-10 years Prior experience on a scrum team

* Understanding of Risk Management

* Understanding of API and CI/CD

* Mastering Software development lifecycle

* Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict

* Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum

* Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not

* Experience with successful Agile techniques

* Ability to work with and lead a team

* Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

* Ability to adapt to a changing environment

* Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

* Possess developer skills

* Knowledge of AI Agent

* A-CSM, PSM, or PSMIII

* Scrum Master certification with Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org

* Software development experience

* Minimum of a bachelor's degree, master's degree or equivalent

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $102,200 - $163,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan:
This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
