Opportunity Overview
- Lead the scrum team in using Agilemethodologyand scrum practices
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve internal customer satisfaction
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams toidentifyand fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand‑up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status,risksand issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- All Certificates must be current
- 8
-10 years
Prior experience on a scrum team - Understanding of Risk Management
- Understanding of API and CI/CD
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
- Ability todeterminewhat is scrum and what is not
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Knowledge of AI Agent
- A-CSM, PSM, or PSMIII
- Scrum Master certification with Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, master’s degreeor equivalent
The base salary range for this role is $102,200 - $163,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive PlanThis job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
