About the Role:
Job Title: Supply Chain Planner
- This role is critical in driving supply chain excellence within the automotive industry, focusing on aftermarket services and spare parts planning.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in demand planning, SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning), procurement planning, and logistics planning.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in supply chain planning, with a focus on aftermarket services and spare parts planning in the automotive industry.
- Strong expertise in demand forecasting, SIOP processes, procurement, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite work environment.
Location:
North Reading, Massachusetts (5 days onsite a week)
Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $130,000 – $135,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, 5 personal days accrued each calendar year, 10-15 days of paid vacation time, 6 paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday per calendar year.
