Project / Program Manager II (Remote - East Coast Preferred)

Pay: $50-$57/hr | Full-Time | 6-Month Contract

What You'll Do

* Lead end-to-end project and program execution from planning to delivery

* Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies

* Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive outcomes

* Use project management tools (such as Asana) to track progress and risks

* Analyze data and provide insights to guide decision-making

* Identify and resolve blockers to keep projects on track

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of experience in project or program management

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with technical or engineering teams

* Background supporting customer-facing or digital environments

* Ability to influence without authority across diverse teams
