• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Help the product owner and development team achieve internal customer satisfaction
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self‑organization
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Help the scrum and development teams identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand‑up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that hinder the team’s progress
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high‑quality products on time
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles

• 8–10 years of prior experience on a scrum team
• All certificates must be current
• Understanding of risk management, API and CI/CD
• Ability to analyze, think quickly and resolve conflict
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
• Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Self‑motivation and ability to stay focused in a distracting environment
• Knowledge of AI Agent
• Certifications:
  
  A‑CSM, PSM, or PSMIII
• Scrum Master certification with Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or equivalent

Base salary range: $127,200 – $193,600. This range is a good‑faith estimate and may fluctuate based on experience and skill set.

Incentive Plan: discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.

North Reading, MA. Only considering candidates local to the position location. Relocation is not available. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
