Amazon Robotics is seeking a Production Technician who will be responsible for robotics assembly, material handling, and product packaging.
Key Responsibilities- Use general knowledge of manufacturing tools (torque tools, wrenches, channel locks, etc.) and follow written/verbal instructions.
- Build and assemble electro‑mechanical units utilizing industry best practices.
- Perform shipping, receiving, maintaining, tracking, and delivering goods for manufacturing following appropriate protocols.
- Learn systems and tools for material management and coordinate delivery methods with suppliers and customers.
- Seek out improvements in processes to continuously meet on time delivery of goods.
- Operate power industrial equipment & pallet jacks for loading and unloading trailers.
- Follow written/verbal instructions for general manufacturing tasks.
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can carry/lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments.
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems, packaging technologies and storage solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Oracle ERP software and manufacturing execution systems.

Benefits and CompensationThe starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location. Starting Day 1 of employment, Amazon offers EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, 401(k) matching.
