Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range;
Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers;
Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a shift at an assigned customer;
Enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs including vehicle/driving safety as appropriate to procedures;
Prepare written reports/logs and maintain logs in neat, legible handwriting
