• Work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
• Typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.
• Meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer‑oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

• An accredited High School Diploma or GED with 0-2 years of mechanical and electrical experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
• Ability to work overtime and on‑call as required.
• Attend industry‑leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.

• Pay rate depends on qualifications and prior experience:
  Tech 1 $ 25.40-$29.90/hr, Tech 2 $ 25.40-$34.40/hr, Tech 3 $ 28.10-$37.90/hr.
