Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live independent lives in their communities. The role includes providing daily care in a residential setting, teaching life skills, and following ISP/Behavior Support Plans.
Compensation starts at $20.50/hour with additional differentials;
Cape-based programs add $1/hour and Martha’s Vineyard programs add $4/hour, with MAP certification impacting rates.
