The Ring team is looking for a passionate and talented iOS Software Development Engineer who has experience building world‑class mobile apps. You will be responsible for developing mobile applications that interact seamlessly with our devices and delight our customers. You will join a team that owns some of the most important functionality in the Ring app. With a huge audience and an exciting roadmap, this is a rare opportunity to shape the community experience for millions of users.

• Design and build features for Ring mobile applications
• Improve mobile application architecture
• Develop features and solve problems using XCode, Swift, AI, and a variety of other tooling
• Develop with the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the app in mind
• Collaborate with a cross‑functional agile team to create and deliver new features
• Ensure operational excellence by resolving application issues and fixing bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Use AI to deliver features efficiently – this can include creating unit tests, code, documents, tickets, and much more

• Develop features which are used by millions of customers each day
• Get to use the latest and greatest AI technologies to deliver high quality features
• Have an opportunity to support and influence key decisions within the mobile platform and promote best coding practices
• Work closely with other team members to ensure new features are implemented in extensible, maintainable ways
• Regularly work with backend developers to help support how our app integrates with back‑end services
• Write well‑tested code using modern architectural principles

• 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience
• 3+ years of Apple platform development experience
• 3+ years of non‑internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• 1+ year(s) of experience using generative AI tools to deliver features

Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
