The Product Software Engineering Manager bridges the gap between high‑level product strategy and technical execution. The role focuses on delivering user‑centric solutions while leading a team of software engineers and collaborating closely with product managers to define roadmaps and assess technical feasibility.

• Technical Leadership: Lead development, integration, and support of complex software products, delivering new features, defect reduction, and reliability improvements.
• Project & Process Management: Manage project timelines, estimate requirements, and allocate resources across multiple projects.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering, marketing, sales, and customers.

  Define and prioritize roadmap items to maximize business value, considering ROI and customer needs.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and scrum masters to ensure products meet business objectives.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  7+ years developing and sustaining software solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Agile Proficiency: Strong background in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and lean software development.
• Product Mindset: Proven ability to translate user needs into technical solutions and balance features with technical debt.

Base salary range: $111,600 - $178,600, based on experience and skill set.

Additional incentives: discretionary bonuses based on financial performance.
