Job Title

Basic qualifications:

Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience

7+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

7+ years of professional software development experience building mobile applications

5+ years of deep native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development, with working knowledge of the other platform — or equivalent depth building production mobile apps with React Native or a comparable cross-platform framework, with strong familiarity with at least one underlying native platform

Demonstrated experience building and operating applications at large scale (millions of daily active users)

Experience designing and implementing modern mobile architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, unidirectional data flow) using current platform tooling (SwiftUI/UIKit, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Combine, etc.)

Strong command of the full mobile SDLC including CI/CD, automated testing, release management, and production monitoring

Experience leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams or influence organizational engineering practices
