Application Builder

As an Application Builder on the Blink Subs + ai development team, you'll directly contribute to the Blink mobile application and backend to grow the subscription business through subscription + ai features. As part of a cross-functional agile team you will:

• Develop and deliver mobile app features, UX flows, and UI components
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to develop and maintain features
• Work to continuously improve code quality, code maintainability and app performance
• Work along-side other app developers and help raise the mobile app development bar
• Work with modern Android development tools and principles such as Kotlin, MVVM, Coroutines, Hilt, Room, etc.
• Work with modern iOS Development tools and principles such as Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM, Swiftlint, GRDB, etc.

A day in the life as an Application Builder at Blink will include:

• Supporting and influencing key decisions within the mobile platform and promoting best coding practices
• Developing features which are used by millions of customers each day
• Working closely with other team members to ensure new features are implemented in extensible, maintainable ways
• Regularly working with internal dependencies and partner teams to support new initiatives
• Writing well tested code using modern architectural principles
