School Bus Driver

Job Overview

No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training to get you ready to drive school buses. If you already hold a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or

B) with P & S endorsements, you can earn a $5,000 sign‑on bonus effective March 6, 2026. The pay rate is $30.39–$36.05 per hour (effective August 24, 2026) with paid training at $20 per hour. Charter/Activity trips earn $27 per hour. This is a part‑time, split‑shift position (AM/PM) on weekdays only, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You receive weekly pay plus a guaranteed minimum of hours.

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain one through training)
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21 or older with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
