Position Description
The purpose of this position is to ensure the safe and continuing service of the City's water, wastewater and drainage facilities. This is accomplished by installing water, sewer and storm drain lines. Other duties include repairing asphalt, streets and concrete, ensuring construction site safety, supervising City employees, operating various pieces of machinery and interacting with other City employees and citizens. This position provides direction to other employees.

The city offers vacation and sick leave, as well as ten paid holidays. Full time employees earn two weeks of vacation during their first year of employment and 10 hours of sick leave a month.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED equivalent; two years experience in the operation and servicing of heavy duty construction equipment; and a valid Texas Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.
