Guest Services Lead
Position Description
This position provides excellent customer service to the public by answering questions about the facility features and amenities, providing information and assisting with registration for recreational classes and athletic leagues, assisting the public with obtaining membership to the Centre, operating and balancing the cash drawer as required by department policy and procedures at open and close of each day, and training Guest Services employees on the daily operations of the facility.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service and always display a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months to one year of experience in customer service related work.
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License and safe driving record.
Varied hours - Can include day or evening shifts as well as weekends and events.
