Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid- week.

We are seeking a customer-focused and driven Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is motivated to deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
  • Advising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriate
  • Preparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelines
  • Collaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service execution
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service history
  • Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
  • Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
  • Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
  • Process monetary transactions

What You’ll Need:

  • Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous Service Advisor experience required
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Creative, positive, team player attitude
  • Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
  • Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
  • Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
