What you'll need to succeed as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at XPO:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 year of customer service, banking, accounts payable/receivable experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business/accounting/finance or successful employment history working in a high-volume customer global shared service/finance role
• Collection strategy software experience desired (High Radius, Get Paid)
• Quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications as needed
• Oracle or SAP experience
• Online banking, lockbox exposure
• Fluent in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and Power Point

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Complete a high volume of phone calls to B2B customers on a daily basis
• Document customer contact details in collection software
• Conduct research to resolve customer issues to enable payment of invoices
• Collaborate and foster effective communication with customer and sales partners
• Develop and track action plan to meet monthly individual and team goals
