The purpose of this position is to perform professional work developing, monitoring, and administering the City’s budget. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of the annual operating and capital budgets, monitoring revenues and expenditures, providing customer support to other City departments, and development of ad hoc reports and analyses. This position does not supervise other employees.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, finance, accounting, or related fields.
- One to two years of experience in a municipal finance role. A master’s degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
- Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License.
- Typical work hours are 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with a one hour lunch break.
