Connect Pediatrics is looking for a bilingual Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in the South and East Dallas areas. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in collaboratively ensuring that pediatric patients receive comprehensive and well-coordinated care in the comfort of their own homes. • Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• Actively participate in care plan discussions with team leads/supervisor to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.
