Technology Services Analyst

This position is responsible for providing technical support for end-user devices, enterprise applications, telecommunications, audio/visual systems, and other technology services used throughout the City. Duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting user accounts and devices, assisting with access control and camera systems, and providing technical assistance to City staff. The Technology Services Analyst works closely with other IT staff to support reliable technology operations and maintain a high level of customer service.

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, technical training, and relevant experience may be considered.
• One year of experience providing technical support for computers, software applications, mobile devices, or other business technology systems preferred.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), ITIL Foundation, or other related certifications preferred.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver License.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check, as well as a background check through the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and a drug screen.
