We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Avir at North Richland Hills! As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring and providing quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to staff.
Responsibilities:- Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide leadership to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
