Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest or experience in shooting sports, coupled with excellent communication and sales skills.

Compensation: $16.00/hr plus sales commissions

Schedule:

Varied with store hours and events

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Provide expert advice and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge or interest in shooting sports is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of firearm safety guidelines.
