Front End Service Team Associate

Job Overview

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process returns / refunds and carry out financial transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

• Hourly Wage: $14.50 - $27.50 per hour; actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
