Funding Coordinator

About the Role:

Give Me The Vin is looking for a Vehicle Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced and growing team! In this role, you’ll be the crucial link between our sales, accounting, and purchasing departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process for customers selling their vehicles. You'll manage logistics, document coordination, and follow-up to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

Confirm vehicle pick-up or drop appointments with customers (date, time, and location).

Prepare documents (physical and digital) to be signed by both the customer and Give Me The Vin.

Track multiple vehicle sales simultaneously, maintaining visibility on their status.

Follow up with customers regarding pickup logistics and missing paperwork.

Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure deal completion.

Verify accuracy and completeness of all submitted forms.

Availability to work 9AM - 6PM or 11 AM - 8 PM (Mon–Fri) and occasional Saturdays.

Able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.

A strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.

Team-oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple deals at once.

Proficiency with Google Suite; familiarity with Mac is a plus.

Prior dealership or automotive industry experience is helpful but not required
