Physician Liaison Job – North Richland Hills, TX 69810

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a full‑time Physician Liaison to join our team in North Richland Hills. The Physician Liaison works closely with our clinical team and serves as a brand ambassador who builds relationships with local physicians and helps grow the patient referral base. This role combines sales and public relations, promoting the clinics’ services while strengthening our reputation in the community.

• Lead initiatives to build volume and favorable provider perceptions across internal and external referral streams.
• Develop and implement outreach, relationship‑building and marketing plans to meet goals.
• Exhibit excellent time‑management, organization and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analyze referral data, check DMR daily, and facilitate marketing campaigns.
• Use templates and programs for tracking and lead management.
• Build strong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses.
• Collaborate with other system functions that interact with physician offices, including hospital medical affairs, outbound referral systems, provider recruitment, and provider resources.
• Maintain ongoing communication with referring providers and their office staff, including routine follow‑up visits, emails and phone calls.
• Use research‑based methods and implement strategies to build awareness and trust.
• Identify referral sources (target audiences).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Healthcare preferred.
• Recent and direct experience in a communications position within a sales or marketing environment may substitute for education or experience requirements.
• Valid driver’s license; daily driving is a job requirement.
• Willingness to travel within an assigned territory.
• Must provide own vehicle; mileage reimbursement will be covered.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with computer programs.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
