Warehouse Inventory Picker (Full-Time) Pay Rate:

  Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (OT and weekends may be required during peak or high volume times, advanced notice will be given and scheduled)

  Gritr Sports, North Richland Hills, Texas Position Summary We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Picker to join our warehouse team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from our warehouse shelves to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition, and help ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
• This is a fast-paced position, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a team environment.

• Locate and pick items according to digital pick tasks with high accuracy.

• Inspect products for damage or defects during the picking process.
• And inventory accuracy for a more efficient picking process and warehouse storage.

• Assist in preparing items for shipment by placing them in designated staging areas.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe environment for all team members.

• Safely operate manual pallet jacks or handheld RF scanners (training provided).

• Must be able to commit to the 7:00 AM start time consistently.

• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50lbs.

• Precision is key to ensuring customers receive the correct items, and inventory located in correct locations.

• A positive attitude and willingness to help coworkers during busy periods.

• Previous warehouse or retail stock experience is a plus, but not required.
