Warehouse Inventory Picker (Full-Time)

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (OT and weekends may be required during peak or high volume times, advanced notice will be given and scheduled).

Location:

Gritr Sports, North Richland Hills, Texas.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from our warehouse shelves to enable timely delivery to customers and maintain inventory accuracy. This is a fast-paced position, ideal for someone who stays active and thrives in a team environment.

• Locate and pick items according to digital pick tasks with high accuracy.
• Inspect products for damage or defects during the picking process and maintain inventory accuracy for efficient picking and storage.
• Assist in preparing items for shipment by placing them in designated staging areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe environment.
• Safely operate a manual pallet jack or handheld RF scanner (training provided).
• Commit to a consistent start time of 7:00 AM and complete an 8‑hour shift, handling up to 50lbs.
• Pay attention to detail, ensuring customers receive correct items in correct locations.
• Show a positive attitude and work collaboratively during busy periods.
• Previous warehouse or retail stock experience is a plus, but we can train the right candidate.
