- Direct and manage a team of approximately 7 operators and 1 shipping/receiving associate
- Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure on‑time project completion
- Drive operational efficiency across fabrication and distribution workflows
- Proven experience in warehousing and fabrication operations management
- Site relocation experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Strong team management style with a collaborative leadership approach
- Ability to set and track key performance indicators and operational metrics
