HELM Solutions is recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a high-impact leadership role for a construction professional who drives performance, builds elite teams, and strengthens client relationships.

• Provide full operational oversight of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects
• Drive project execution across safety, cost control, materials procurement, scheduling, subcontractor management, change orders, and quality control
• Develop and implement strategies for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Lead proactive risk management and mitigation planning
• Enforce and champion jobsite safety culture and OSHA compliance
• Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure adherence to contract specifications
• Resolve complex field and stakeholder issues to prevent delays
• Deliver consistent executive-level project reporting
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives focused on growth, operational excellence, and competitive positioning

This is not a maintenance-level PM role. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving outcomes on significant, visible projects within the Cleveland market.

What We’re Looking For

• 12–15+ years of experience in construction project management
• Demonstrated success managing large commercial and industrial projects
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to build high-performance teams
• Experience with multiple contract delivery methods (Design-Build, CMAR, GMP, etc.)
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
• Strong financial acumen including budget management and cost forecasting
• Advanced communication skills — both written and verbal
• OSHA 30 certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
