About the Role

We’re a growing State Farm agency in North Ridgeville, Ohio looking for a dependable, people‑first Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the backbone of our client experience — handling policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and day‑to‑day service needs with accuracy and care.

This is a ground‑floor opportunity at an agency actively expanding. Strong performers who develop client relationships and embrace cross‑selling will see their income grow alongside their skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound client calls, emails, and walk‑ins with professionalism
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and billing requests accurately
  • Support account managers and the agency owner with client needs
  • Maintain client records and follow up on outstanding items
  • Identify cross‑sell opportunities and assist with quoting as you grow
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communicator — phone, email, and in person
  • Detail‑oriented and organized under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team‑first mentality
  • Insurance license preferred but not required — we’ll pay for your licensing
  • Prior customer service, banking, or insurance experience is a plus
