Excellent attendance
Above average mechanical & problem-solving skills
Must be able to read & work from blueprints and preliminary designs
Proficient with micrometers & calipers
Able to take direction and adapt to ever changing demands
Excellent work ethic, requires minimal supervision
Excellent teamwork & communication skills
Physically able to stand for long periods
Good documentation and administrative skills
Must be flexible with work hours
Ability to work overtime as required

Job Description

Operate a power press, following all press operation procedures and QC requirements
Ensure press is working at full capacity, stocked with needed materials, well maintained & periodically checks on output
Check finished product to ensure it is defect free and ready for next step in production

Qualifications

High school Diploma
