Location: North Ridgeville, OH
Pay: $17.50/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Differential
Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | 2nd Shift (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

• Work Monday – Thursday and enjoy a 3‑day weekend every week

• Assemble parts and products according to strict specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality using rulers, gauges, and visual checks
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Document production and quality checks accurately
• Identify and report any defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Assist with training and support other team members as needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long shifts
• Good communication and teamwork skills
