Requisition

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operation of all tools, equipment and personnel within a designated area. This role develops and manages schedules, assignments, goals and performance metrics for all individuals and teams under their direction, and collaborates with safety to maintain a compliant, safe work environment.

• Determine and distribute individual work assignments based on production priorities and ensure completion on time and to specification.
• Read and interpret work orders, work instructions, process specifications, or engineering drawings to verify conformance of final work product.
• Ensure associates adhere to work instructions and operating procedures.
• Train, develop, and motivate associates; assist with on-the-job training (OJT) of employees.
• Set individual goals and objectives and provide constructive, timely performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain a positive and creative work environment with respect for the individual.
• Collaborate with the safety team to identify, call out and eliminate potential hazards; ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Step in to perform all managed functions as production demands dictate.

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience managing associates.

Associate’s degree in business or a related field strongly preferred.

None required

Monday–Thursday 5:50 AM–4:20 PM;
Fridays when on OT.
