Description- Standards bearer and a model of quality work.
- Contributes to quality-related processes and procedures.
- A supporter and driver of quality processes, procedures, and requirements.
- Identifies quality non-conformances and inputs into resolutions.
- Participates in continuous improvement efforts.
- Supports operations in accomplishing customer quality requirements.
- Ensures proper procedures and instructional documents are followed.
- Fosters a culture of prevention rather than detection.
- Assists colleagues in achieving excellence by clarifying and guiding quality processes.
- Observes and communicates process deviation to leadership.
- Conducts inspections on all products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conducts inspections of supplier materials and components to ensure compliance with our standards.
- Completes layer process audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Conducts internal audits to ensure that all processes are being followed according to company procedures.
- Identifies and reports any non-conformances during in-process inspection and identifies resolution.
- Documents inspections and audit results and communicates findings to the management team.
- Collaborates with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Evaluates and submits NMRs for defective supplier parts.
- Conducts equipment calibration activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement tools.
- Summits engineer approved deviations into the QMS database.
- Reads and interprets prints, schematics, and wire diagrams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately uses measuring devices consistently.
- Knowledgeable in products and processes.
- Demonstrates great work ethic daily.
- Reliability and a good attendance record.
- Knowledge of quality audit and inspection techniques.
- Experience with process audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
