• Observes and communicates process deviation to leadership.
• Conducts inspections on all products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conducts inspections of supplier materials and components to ensure compliance with our standards.
• Completes layer process audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Conducts internal audits to ensure that all processes are being followed according to company procedures.
• Identifies and reports any non-conformances during in-process inspection and identifies resolution.
• Documents inspections and audit results and communicates findings to the management team.
• Collaborates with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Evaluates and submits NMRs for defective supplier parts.
• Conducts equipment calibration activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement tools.
• Summits engineer approved deviations into the QMS database.
• Reads and interprets prints, schematics, and wire diagrams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Accurately uses measuring devices consistently.

• Knowledgeable in products and processes.
• Demonstrates great work ethic daily.
• Reliability and a good attendance record.
• Knowledge of quality audit and inspection techniques.
• Experience with process audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
