Job title: Senior Accountant
Location: North Royalton, Ohio
Salary: $80,000-$85,000

• Play a key role in supporting plant and corporate accounting operations, gaining hands‑on exposure to cost accounting, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Partner closely with operations, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to drive accurate reporting, operational insight, and continuous process improvement.

• Prepare and review journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations with a focus on manufacturing‑related accounts.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and inventory‑related entries.
• Assist with financial statements, variance analysis, and reporting that supports operational and management decision‑making.

• Experience:
  
  3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing or cost accounting exposure strongly preferred.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
