As we continue expanding our Health, Life, and Medicare insurance services, we're looking to add a reliable and detail-oriented Re-Enrollment Specialist to our team. This position plays a vital role in helping our existing clients stay covered year-round by managing renewals, policy reviews, enrollments, and ongoing customer service. This support allows the lead broker to focus on helping new individuals and families navigate their insurance options.

Part-Time In-Office Position

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Provide client service via phone, email, and client portal
• Handle policy renewals, cancellations, and updates
• Process applications, verify eligibility, gather documentation, and submit enrollments accurately
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Assist with billing questions, claims support coordination, and annual policy reviews
• Identify additional insurance opportunities when appropriate
• Manage deadlines and workload during busy enrollment seasons

• 1+ years of health insurance enrollment experience (ACA/Marketplace experience strongly preferred)
• Active Ohio Health and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
